Primary purpose of this partnership: To form a partnership that offers all Christian Churches, Organizations, etc. opportunities to interact with the TPAP CENTERS Seven (7) Programs, plus working together on all fundraising projects.

Financial Contributions
The Church/Organization Partner agrees to pay a yearly fee for connecting to all Seven (7) tcgos.com programs.
Monthly Fee: $10.00 + Tax per month total $120.00 per year
Yearly Fee: $100.00 + Tax (two (2) Months Free)

All Fundraising Projects
How costs will be shared among the partners:
All TPAP CENTERS fundraising projects will involve all parties working together and the profits (after expenses) will be split 75/25. SOSOPWORLD Inc. will receive 75% and the 25% will be divided equally between all participating churches/organizations.

Note: The church/organization partners will help sell merchandise such as: (books, caps, t-shirts etc. and split 25% of total profit after expenses.
Who will maintain accounting for partnership profits?
The tcgos.com accounting department will work with the church partner’s accounting department on all fundraising projects.

Dissolving the Partnership
Withdrawal (exit) from this Partnership Agreement: This agreement can be cancelled at any time by either party after 15 business days with written notice.
