The Christian Call to Volunteerism

We have discovered in our Christian faith, a profound calling – a calling to serve others with the same love and compassion that Christ has shown us. The journey of volunteerism isn’t about lending a helping hand; it’s about steeping into the footsteps of Jesus, embracing His teachings, and experiencing His presence in the lives of those we serve.

As we journey together in faith, let us remember the words of Jesus, who said, “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these my brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me” (Matthew 25:40, NIV). May we heed His call to love and serve others with humility, compassion, and unwavering faith, knowing that in doing so, we are truly living out the essence of our Christian faith.
